Owensboro is located in Western Kentucky. The Museum is in the RiverPark Complex on the corner of 2nd and Daviess Streets downtown (look for the blue Ohio River bridge).

From the South: At Bowling Green take the Natcher Parkway north (exit 20). At the end of the parkway turn left; 1st exit will bring you to the museum on 2nd street.

From the North: Take Highway 231 across the new bridge. Make no turns and it will bring you to the Museum on 2nd Street.

From the East or West: (Louisville/St. Louis) Take I-64 to Highway 231 which becomes 2nd Street.

Directions to Yellow Creek Park

From the Museum:  Drive south 2 blocks on Daviess Street.  Turn left onto Fourth Street, which turns into Hwy 60 East.  Travel about 3.5 miles, then keep right onto Hwy 144 East.  Travel about 2 miles and Yellow Creek Park entrance will be on the right.

From the South:  At Bowling Green, take the Natcher Parkway north (labeled Green River Parkway on map below).  Take exit 70A toward Hawesville onto Hwy 231 North.  At the end of the highway, turn right onto Hwy 60 East, then keep right onto Hwy 144 East.  Travel about 2 miles and Yellow Creek Park entrance will be on the right.

From the North:  Take Hwy 231 South across the new Natcher bridge.  Continue straight on Hwy 60 West.  Travel about 10 miles, then turn left onto Hwy 144.  Travel about 2 miles and Yellow Creek Park entrance will be on the right.

From the East or West: (Louisville/St. Louis) Take I-64 to Hwy 231 South (Exit 57).  Travel across the new Natcher bridge.  Continue straight on Hwy 60 West.  Travel about 10 miles, then turn left onto Hwy 144.  Travel about 2 miles and Yellow Creek Park entrance will be on the right.
